Constitution
- This Charter shall be adopted and serve as an operating policy for chapters and must be made available to all chapter members.
- The Chapter’s Constitution must not replace, supersede or conflict with this Charter or any other H.O.G. operating policies. The Chapter must use a form of Constitution prescribed or otherwise approved by H.O.G. Once adopted, a copy of the Chapter Constitution must be furnished to the Sponsoring Dealer and H.O.G. and must be available to all chapter members.
